Nose Surgery Before and After

Patient with dorsal hump and long nose with drooping tip. Requested hump removal and upward tilt to tip with tip refinement.

Patient with heavy nasal skin, dorsal hump, bulbous nasal tip and excessively wide nostrils with bulky nostril cartilage. Postoperative photos show nasal bone reduction and narrowing, reduction and refinement of nostril cartilages, reduction of nostril opening.

Patient requested subtle improvement in nasal tip to correct drooping and bulbous shape, reduction of nasal hump and improvement in contour irregularity from old scar across nose. Underwent closed rhinoplasty with nasal bone infracturing, hump reduction, tip reshaping.

Post-traumatic open rhinoplasty after two separate nasal fracture/sports injuries. Patient requested correction of widened and splayed nasal bones, refinement and elevation of nasal tip, and correction of airway blockage. Spreader grafts, alar cartilage trimming and tip reshaping, columellar strut graft from ear cartilage, nasal bone refracturing and hump reduction performed.
